This website is operated by The Poppies India. By placing an order you accept the terms below.

All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. We try to show colours and fabrics as accurately as we can, but screens vary and a small difference in shade is normal.

A few styles are listed as “price on request”. Those cannot be bought through checkout — message us and we will confirm the price.

Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item goes out of stock after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Payments are handled by PhonePe. We never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.

An order is confirmed only once PhonePe reports the payment as successful. If money leaves your account but you do not get a confirmation, do not pay again — send us your order reference and we will sort it out.

We may cancel an order if we cannot verify the delivery address, if the item is unavailable, or if we believe the order is fraudulent. Anything already paid is refunded in full.

Size charts are garment measurements, not body measurements, and are given in inches with a centimetre toggle. Small variations of up to half an inch are normal in stitched clothing.
