Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you give it, your email address. That is all we need to get the parcel to you.

We never see your card, UPI or bank details. Payment happens on PhonePe’s own pages, and all we receive back is whether the payment succeeded.

The items in your bag are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears the bag, and it is not visible to us until you place an order.

We share your details only with the companies needed to complete your order:

• PhonePe, to take the payment
• Shiprocket and its delivery partners, to deliver the parcel

We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for advertising.

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounts and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
