Refund, returns and shipping

We ship all over India through Shiprocket. Orders of ₹999 and above ship free; below that a flat ₹99 is added at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days depending on your PIN code. You will get a tracking link on WhatsApp once the parcel is picked up.

If something is not right, tell us within 3–4 days of delivery and we will arrange a return.

The item must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags still attached and in its original packaging. Please keep the parcel and the invoice until you are sure you are keeping the order.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, and anything returned without its tags, cannot be accepted.

Once the returned item reaches us and passes a quick check, the refund is sent back to the account you paid from. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show it.

Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing — in that case we cover the return shipping too.

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 73577 88228 within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference. We will replace it or refund it in full.
