Refund and Returns Policy

At The Poppies, we want you and your little one to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return Window You may request a return or exchange within 3–4 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping Please note that return/exchange shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. The parcel must be sent back to us by the customer.

Condition of Items To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by the original invoice / order details

Exchange Want a different size or design? We’re happy to exchange your item, subject to availability. If the new item differs in price, the difference will be adjusted accordingly.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer / UPI.

Items That Cannot Be Returned For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Innerwear and socks
  • Items bought on sale / clearance
  • Items without original tags or in used condition
